Sales & Services Consultant (Flexi / Part-Time)

We're looking for a flexi (part-time) Sales & Service Consultant to join our team and make a real impact through smart customer engagement, sales enablement, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Perform FICA, POPI, and NCR checks and ensure compliance. Support with account servicing, origination, and product cross-selling. Educate and guide clients toward digital channels and self-service options. Operations & Risk Operate within regulatory and internal compliance guidelines (FAIS, TCF, Code of Conduct). Support process improvement by reporting client experience insights. Refer matters beyond your mandate to your team leader promptly. Performance & Team Contribution Meet and exceed sales targets and service quality benchmarks. Retain clients through excellent service and issue resolution. Actively contribute to a positive team environment and personal development. Requirements Minimum: NQF 4 qualification Preferred: NQF 5 or higher in a business-related field Regulatory Exam and FAIS compliance required 12 years of experience in a financial services or customer-facing role What Were Looking For Strong customer orientation and a passion for service Team player who can work independently Ethical, accountable, and results-driven Comfortable with digital platforms and guiding others through them
