Role Overview Develop After-Sales Plans & Budgets : Create and execute after-sales strategies and budgets to achieve financial, marketing, and sales goals. Lead & Motivate Team : Manage and inspire a team of after-sales professionals to deliver excellent customer service and meet departmental targets. Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints quickly and effectively. Operational Efficiency : Oversee the smooth operation of the after-sales department, including service reception, workshop, parts management, and inventory control. Compliance & Continuous Improvement : Ensure compliance with regulations, monitor profitability, and collaborate with other departments to optimise processes and stay updated on industry trends.
