Senior HR Advisor

Your New Company My client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a competent Senior HR Advisor to support the HR Manager and contribute to their continued success. This will be an on site role working in Nelson (Lancashire), an attractive benefits package and an early finish on a Friday. Your New Role As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the HR team, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance across the organisation. You will work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
