Develop and execute seasonal menus , ensuring creativity, consistency, and high quality. Oversee kitchen operations, food costing, and stock management to drive efficiency and profitability. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and compliance . Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and an outstanding guest experience. Stay ahead of industry trends , bringing innovation and fresh ideas to the menu.
