Job Title: HR Reward Specialist (6-Month Temporary) Location: Belfast Salary: £55,000 - £59,000 per annum Sector: Private Sector We are seeking an experienced HR Reward Specialist for a 6-month temporary role with a leading private-sector organisation in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in reward strategy, compensation, and benefits to a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage competitive reward strategies. Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures. Advise on salary reviews, bonus schemes, and employee benefits. Support reward processes and annual reviews. Communicate reward strategies to employees. Key Requirements: Proven experience in Reward or Compensation and Benefits, ideally in the private sector. Strong knowledge of reward structures, trends, and legislation. Excellent analytical and communication skills. CIPD or equivalent qualification (desirable). Why Apply?
