Payroll | Part Time | South Belfast REED Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a client, based in South Belfast, who are recruiting for a Payroller to join their structured finance team on a PART TIME basis, 3 days per week (flexible). This is a permanent part time opportunity, office based. £Excellent Salary, depending on experience. The Role: Management, coordination, and processing of payroll for a client base Checking accuracy of payroll information in order to ensure timely payment of salaries Processing all payroll forms Calculating sickness, pension, holiday pay according to contractual entitlements Liaising with other staff regarding payroll queries Liaising with HR regarding new starts, leavers, remuneration and conditions of service Completing payroll reconciliations Producing management reports as required The Person: Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience processing a payroll for a number of SME companies and have a good understanding of HMRC and pension legislation. Candidates will be highly organised and have meticulous attention to detail. This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced payroller to join a stable team and a happy working environment. The ideal person will work 3 days per week however there is flexibility around working hours.
