Residential Surveyor

We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating in both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their practice. The role will include undertaking a range of valuation and surveying work including Level 2 and 3, Red book Valuations, Bespoke Building Surveys, help to buy and probate. Working hours: Full Time or Part Time The successful Residential Surveyor , will be offered: Basic salary between £55-60K per annum 10% Commission on personal net billings OTE of £70,000 - £80,000 Car Allowance 5 weeks holiday 4 well-being days RICS fees paid Ongoing CPD Home based working role. Rewards scheme Healthcare programme To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have: Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS accredited degree or MRICS /FRICS qualifications Strong track record in Surveying Registered Valuer Status As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve: Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work including: Level 2 Surveys Level 3 Surveys Red Book Valuations Bespoke Building Surveys Private and Panel work Liaising with centralised hub regarding appointments Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines
