This is a standout opportunity for a senior solicitor ready to lead a well-regarded team and take the next step in their career with a clear route to partnership. About the Role You will take the lead on a busy and varied private client caseload, while also playing a key role in the growth and strategic direction of the department. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of the practice. Your work will include: Drafting wills and advising on inheritance planning Probate and estate administration Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters Trusts and tax planning Advising high-net-worth individuals and vulnerable clients The Ideal Candidate A qualified Solicitor (NI) with experience in wills, probate and estate planning Strong technical expertise and the ability to manage a full caseload independently Excellent communication and client care skills A proactive and compassionate approach to client service Leadership qualities and a desire to contribute to business development Ambition to progress to partnership and lead a team What's on Offer Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience A clear and supported route to partnership Performance-related bonus and benefits A leadership role in a respected and growing firm Supportive working culture and collaborative team environment Modern offices in Newtownabbey, with flexible working considered This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Wills & Probate Solicitor to make a real impact within a well-established practice.
