Experience working in the Food Industry, preferably in a product development, innovation, or technical role, including ingredient functionality, formulation, and commercialisation. A high standard of communication skills (oral, written, and presentation), with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including a proven ability to meet tight deadlines. Duties: Develop and innovate new products and processes with ownership of projects from concept to launch. Work closely with the chef, NPD assistant / technologist(s) and NPD Manager to record all required information to generate accurate recipes and QAS type documents (CQS / CQM). Present facts and ideas clearly and accurately to customers when required in a supporting role with the New Product Development Manager. Full job spec available upon request.
