Property Manager

This position offers a varied workload, combining both office-based activities and regular site visits, making a full, clean UK driving licence essential. Oversee buildings insurance claims. Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive property repairs. Manage and co-ordinate customer insurance claims processes. Conduct regular property and development site visits, including attending on-site meetings. Property Manager Job Requirements Must be based within commuting distance of Greenock. Full, clean UK driving licence. Strong background in customer service. Good IT skills and proficient use of Office 365. Excellent written and verbal communication.
