TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, 44124 Pay Information $2,193 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent experience in MS/Tele required prior to travel License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate completion during orientation with an acceptable score - Two references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required - Required certifications must be active with nothing pending Job Description: - Night shift, three 12-hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM - Rotation of every other holiday - An acceptable score on the ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate is required, with a maximum of two attempts allowed - Candidates must complete badging and fingerprinting onsite prior to the start date - Orientation includes 20 non-billable hours - Modules for orientation are billable up to a maximum of four hours - Permanent and per diem candidates must wait one year from their previous end date to return - Exemptions for nicotine use are temporary and only apply to nurses and CSTs - Fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract Please ensure all modules are completed pre-start.
