Overview: Presbyterian Home Healthcare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team In this role you will evaluate and establish treatment program and provide occupational therapy and instruct care givers, Presbyterian Home Health staff, and patient in treatment program and safe Activities of Daily Livings in patients home. This includes promoting client/caregiver ability for self-determination and care, optimizing their participation in this process and optimizing outside resource utilization to achieve self-management. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for coordinating and communicating with various disciplines or services involved in client care and coordinating their efforts toward discharge goals established at onset and during course of care. Is a patient advocate. Basic typing competency preferred. Need to have current drivers license, Basic Life Support Certification, as well as auto insurance.
