What You’ll Do: Precision Welding : Operate state-of-the-art equipment to expertly weld table frames and components with high precision. Setup & Alignment : Use your skills to determine the best welding method, prepare parts by cutting materials and using angle grinders, and align components to perfection. Quality Assurance : Test, inspect, and ensure that every weld meets our high standards for structural integrity and flaw-free performance. Maintain Equipment : Keep your tools and workspace in top condition, ensuring that safety standards are upheld at all times. Team Collaboration : Work alongside a tight-knit team, stepping in where needed to ensure that production flows smoothly. What We’re Looking For: Experience : Minimum of 3 years in MIG welding, with hands-on experience working with steel and other metals. Tool Proficiency : Comfortable using a variety of tools such as saws, grinders, and squares. Attention to Detail : A sharp eye for quality and precision is crucial. Safety-Minded : A strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to wearing protective gear (face shield, gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.). Adaptability : Able to take on new tasks and assignments with ease, adjusting to the needs of a fast-paced environment. Team Player : Ready to jump in and help the team however needed – we're all in this together Physical Strength : Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds or more. Dependability : Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Communication : Proficient in English, with the ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
