PC Technician

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled and reliable PC technician to join our IT team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various hardware and software systems for our clients. You will also provide technical support and guidance to users and ensure the optimal performance and security of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: · Install, configure, and upgrade PC hardware and software components, such as motherboards, processors, memory, hard drives, operating systems, applications, etc. · Troubleshoot and resolve PC issues, such as network connectivity, virus infections, system errors, hardware failures, etc. · Perform routine maintenance and backups of PC systems and data · Provide technical support and training to users on PC-related issues and best practices · Document PC inventory, configuration, and maintenance records · Monitor and report on PC performance and security issues · Research and evaluate new PC technologies and solutions · Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues · Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) · Install and troubleshoot hardware, including Ubiquiti Wi-Fi products and pfSense routers · Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. Requirements: · Minimum 3 years' experience as a PC technician or similar role · Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) · Experience with firewalls and routers (preferred) · Self-motivated and able to work independently and part of a team. · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Attention to detail & strong problem-solving skills · Associate degree or certification in computer science, information technology, or related field a plus, but not necessary · Other duties as assigned Company Description Kituwah Global Government Group, LLC (KG3) is the government contracting arm of The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI).
