Biscuits & Bath, the premier dog care provider in New York City, with 18 locations is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Dog Groomer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess a genuine love for animals, exceptional grooming skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our clients. Responsibilities: Provide high quality grooming services for all breeds of dogs Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for dogs during grooming sessions Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog’s specific grooming needs and preferences Maintain a clean and organized grooming room, adhering to all health and safety regulations Ensure all grooming equipment is in good working order and report any necessary repairs or maintenance to management Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships Documenting notes in our computer system Senior Groomer Compensation : 50% commission on haircuts and tips & tails (net of credit card fees) 25% commission on baths and brush outs (net of credit card fees) Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Salary is Commission Pay
