Laclede provides total turnkey service for both the human and pet markets. Our research has produced global leaders in oral care and dry mouth products, among other premier offerings. We are currently open to candidates with or without healthcare products, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or manufacturing experience. This is an on-site role working in our Rancho Dominguez, CA office Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm PST. Travel may be required for trade shows. As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in educating our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. As Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist, Your Responsibilities Include: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure transactions are handled with a high level of customer service. Customer account management/organization/tracking calls & outbound and inbound communications. Following up on sample program via calls and email to upsell customers with our brands. Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Providing accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Documenting all interactions with customers in our computerized system for future reference. Collaborating with sales teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Assisting in identifying trends in customer feedback to improve overall service quality. Maintaining knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings. Attending and working at industry tradeshows as needed. As Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist, You’ll Need The Following Qualifications: Experience working in an Inside Sales environment Experience in customer service Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail-oriented Proficiency in Office 365 Applications (knowledge of Business Central a plus) Creative, highly organized, and solution-oriented Ability to receive a task and anticipate the necessary steps to success Motivated self-starter with a "can-do" attitude Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls daily Professional and confident phone presence while interacting with customers Professional demeanor while working with colleagues in an office environment Motivated and sales-driven personality Personable, service-oriented, and respectful always Education: Highschool Diploma Required Bachelor’s degree preferred Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time Must be able to stand 3-5 hours for Tradeshows. Must be able to lift 30lbs. Constantly operates a telephone, computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers and other third parties Travel 3%-10% to trade shows and customer events We Offer: Competitive starting salary of $22.00 per hour.
