Apply Today Pay- The anticipated wage for this position is between $22.00 and $22.44 Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location, shift, and other factors Schedule- Mon to Friday – 8am to 6pm Job location- ONSITE- Aurora, CO 80045 Requirements : To be considered for this role you must have the following skills, experience, and certifications: - Must hold a current Pharmacy Tech License for the state of Colorado - This is not negotiable. -Must have National Certification-CPhT - Must have 1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician in an administrative support function. -Experience initiating prior authorization for medications. -Experience speaking with 3rd party vendors and providers. -Must have excellent data entry skills -Advanced computer skills- MS WORD , Excel, and Outlook. - Must have excellent communication skills -Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent GED ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Initiate prior authorizations for prescription medications. Enter all data after every call. Process prescription refills. Assist with walk-in patients. Collaborate with providers and third-party vendors to obtain information for prior authorizations. Document every call in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
