Job Description
Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Content Tagging Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies. The Tagging Steward Service supports global tagging framework implementation, manages tagging incidents and solves questions related to tagging across multiple platforms. The tagging specialist will work with business stakeholders to to explain the importance of quality tagging on the business performance Main tasks Respond to questions and address issues raised by the tagging community Run reports to analyze tagging implementation across platforms Support dashboard and report setup for capability tracking and ongoing projects Assist in the creation and submission of tagging project demands Manage tagging values updates and maintain internal tagging sheets Maintain tagging master data document frameworkMonitor and report on tagging project progress Identify and support mitigation of potential risks and issues for assigned projects Escalate technical issues to appropriate support teams and manage incidents via MyServices Support setup, delivery, and debriefing of workshops focused on all TA champions (Tagging & Attributes) Help refine processes for Brand Attributes updates, including submission dates, workshop planning, execution, and follow-up Support setup, delivery, and debriefing of monthly touchpoint AM&T proposal meetings Assist in implementing enhancements to systems, processes, and tagging attributes Ensure systems are fully functional for performing and tracking tagging across all channels Assist in creating tagging communications and training content Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of metadata management and tagging principles Experience with content management systems and digital asset management platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail Experience in creating training materials and conducting training sessions Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Information Management, Business administrator, Computer Science or comparable Solid experience in customer service Understanding of knowledge representation and Semantic Web technologies (RDFS/OWL, RDF, SPARQL, SKOS, etc.) including ontology/taxonomy modelling and data integration English fluent in written, reading, speaking.
