Buying is the start of our business cycle we build and support systems that we use to source, select, negotiate and procure products our customer's treasure. Product Development covers the full life cycle of bringing an idea from concept to product our customers will find in our stores and love. Data Analytics focuses on the data needs of our Buyers and Merchandisers and creating capabilities for them to make best decisions for TJX and our customers. Automation covers RPA and Power Platform solutions that enable our business to work in a more effective and efficient manner. Planning and Allocations functions are the know-how of where and how we place our products and how we plan our Buying strategy. We build and support systems that have our proprietary expertise to make best decisions for our customers and us. Our ideal candidate will have a combination of people leadership experience, solutions architecture, and core engineering experience with custom and cloud or hosted platforms. What you will need: We are looking for a leader ready to contribute to the delivery of globally distributed, high-uptime applications. You will be passionate about growing out talent and living and promoting a strong engineering mindset to move our organization to the next level. You will be a champion of agile and you will work closely with our Product Management and Business team to seek opportunities and solve problems that make TJX better. You will also be a technical product manager for your domains and develop and evergreen domain, solution roadmaps and strategy working with a broad group of stakeholders. Primary Skills: 10 years of experience as a software engineer in a cloud environment (Azure preferred) and 3 years of direct people management experience. Extensive experience in Azure & Dotnet along with front end technologies. Code Review, Solutioning, Mentoring. Well versed in DevSecOps best practices and experience with cloud technologies. Experience in agile software development and continuous improvement concepts. Strong team management and organization skills; ability to lead, motivate and direct global workgroup. Comfortable providing timely, constructive performance feedback to technical and non-technical associates. Application Integration (REST, SOAP, Data Exchange, etc.) experience. Nice to have skills: Ability to work in globally distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships. Exposure to diverse portfolio of applications is a plus
