Job Description The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing the company's accounting and tax situation, ensuring that administrative and accounting processes are followed correctly, in compliance with deadlines and current legislation. The core responsibilities of the role are: Managing administrative documentation relating to company activities. Monitoring every accounting entry in compliance with the assigned deadlines. Qualifications Identifies the operational procedures for the accounting treatment of transactions, applying the rules imposed by civil law and accounting principles for bookkeeping. Carefully carries out periodic tax accounting records, making any corrections where necessary. Verifies accounting movements relating to the Company's business activities. Takes care of the production of reports, monitoring the flows to ensure the economic-financial health of the company. Manages the customer portfolio, taking care of one or more customers directly or through local branches in the assigned geographical areas, developing and strengthening commercial partnerships. Responsible for managing the finalization of contracts (franchising, selective distribution, T&C, etc.) in collaboration with the area paralegal office and the general counsel. Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team, and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities. Additional Information High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administrative field. Work proficiency in English language (minimum B1). Previous professional experience in accounting roles (at least 1 year). Availability for a temporary contract. Availability to work full-time. J-18808-Ljbffr
