Job Overview: Analysis, development and execution of network strategies, geomarketing analysis, and network planning activities, working cross-functionally with other teams and functions, and contributing to build efficient and effective strategies to enhance our network's footprint, quality, and satisfaction metrics, as a key contributor to the achievement of DF30 objectives in terms of IAM offensive. Key Responsibilities: Main Tasks: Develop and maintain geomarketing tools and strategies to optimize network coverage and service quality. Perform geographic and demographic analyses to inform network expansion and capacity strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geomarketing insights into the broader network planning efforts. Support the planning and analysis of the network’s footprint, with a focus on improving coverage and identifying gaps. Conduct detailed analyses of coverage areas, business areas, and potential areas for growth, ensuring the alignment of the network footprint with strategic goals. Lead the markets’ Network Plans target achievement. Network Quality: Lead initiatives for the analysis of network quality and performance. Coordinate with relevant teams to implement solutions that improve network satisfaction and performance, ensuring quality standards are met. Lead the contractual escalation process (Measurement Book) for non-compliant hubs. Satisfaction and Workshop Analysis: Perform satisfaction analysis based on network performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead workshops for internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance understanding and collaboration on network strategy and planning. Conduct post-workshop evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with various functional teams to integrate network planning, geomarketing, and performance analysis into a unified strategic plan. Provide insights and reports on network coverage, quality, and satisfaction levels, with a clear focus on actionable outcomes. Ensure the smooth execution of network planning tasks and activities, aligning them with company objectives and stakeholder expectations. Lead the communication and presentation of findings, proposals, and reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience in network planning, geomarketing, or similar roles. Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategies and recommendations. Experience in using network planning tools is a plus. Skills: Geomarketing tools and analysis: Experience with geographic information systems (GIS), demographic data analysis, and network performance assessment. Network planning and analysis: Understanding of network design, footprint analysis, and optimization techniques. Workshop facilitation and analysis: Expertise in leading workshops, gathering feedback, and producing actionable insights from group activities.
