RTV Coordinator

Schedule: Sun - Tue / Sun - Wed AM 6 am - 6 pm How will you make an impact? As an RTV Coordinator , you will oversee daily inventory control operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures. Your role will be critical in optimizing material flow, reducing processing times, and supporting production needs. What will you do? Inventory Control & Accuracy: Monitor and ensure accurate record-keeping for shipping, receiving, and stockroom documents. Verify the aging of materials in receiving and shipping locations to maintain inventory accuracy. Ensure all materials are stocked promptly and correctly to support production demands. Operational Efficiency: Lead daily operations in accordance with inventory control procedures. Identify and eliminate errors impacting quality, budget, and efficiency. Recommend process improvements to enhance operational performance. Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with departmental supervisors, engineering, quality, program management, and other functions to resolve issues. Provide feedback to the Inventory Control and Quality teams to improve scheduling, documentation, and workflows. Assist in addressing performance issues and recognizing team strengths. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all tools, equipment, and visual aids are in proper working order and up to date. Follow all safety, health, and company security policies and procedures. Support continuous improvement efforts in processing time and department performance. How will you get here? Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
