Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operation of all bar services, ensuring smooth, professional and 5-star guest experiences. Recruit, train, and manage a team of bartenders and bar support staff. Curate an innovative cocktail and beverage menu that reflects the estates character and seasonal produce. Work closely with the Head Sommelier and F&B Manager to align beverage offerings with food menus and wine pairings. Ensure exceptional product knowledge, guest interaction, and service standards across the bar team. Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and cost controls efficiently. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times. Support the delivery of estate events, weddings, and private functions with tailored beverage offerings. What Were Looking For: Minimum 35 years experience in a senior bar or beverage management role within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment. Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, service-oriented approach. Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wines WSET certification is a plus. A passion for storytelling through drinks and delivering elevated guest moments. Excellent organizational, stock management, and administrative abilities. A polished and professional presence with a keen eye for detail.
