Wine Tasting Ambassador

Key Responsibilities: Host curated wine tastings and experiences for local and international guests with professionalism and passion. Share the estates story, winemaking philosophy, and product knowledge in an engaging, informative manner. Build strong guest relationships to drive wine sales, club memberships, and brand loyalty. Maintain a pristine, welcoming tasting environment in line with 5-star service standards. Process sales, manage stock, and handle daily tasting room operations. Support estate events, private tastings, and VIP experiences. Work closely with the hospitality and marketing teams to enhance guest offerings. Requirements: Previous experience in a guest-facing role within wine, luxury retail, or hospitality. Strong knowledge of wine WSET certification or similar is highly desirable. Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills. A confident, polished, and service-oriented personality. Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement.
