Join SHEIN and be the future ABOUT ROLE The role focuses on monitoring operational data, identifying and mitigating risks, driving process improvements, and guiding quality control teams to enhance business efficiency and quality through data analysis and collaboration. Responsibilities Assist headquarters in identifying data monitoring points and continuously improving monitoring plans based on operational management objectives. Monitor operational process data, identify and proactively warn of operational risks, and follow up with operational departments to prevent issues in advance. Track key operational results, pinpoint qualitative operational problems, and drive responsible departments to implement closed-loop improvements. Collect and analyze regional warehouse data monitoring requirements, submit them to headquarters, and assist in report development and standardized promotion. Gather and identify opportunities for operational quality improvement, providing professional recommendations and solutions. Supervise and guide quality control personnel to enhance their professional capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality management, quality control, or related fields. Ability to identify pain points in daily operations and provide relevant solutions to ensure smooth business operations. Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
