Customer Service Nordics

Robert Half is currently looking for a Customer Service professional (M/F/X) for the nordics market. The ideal candidate should speak Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and/or Finnish. The company is located in Zaventem and this is a full-time position in an international environment. Responsibilities for the Customer Service (M/F/X) role include: Managing orders in oracle Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels from customers. Providing accurate and timely information about products, services and orders to customers. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and customer friendly manner. Recording customer interactions and updating customer databases. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications required for the Customer Service (M/F/X) position: Minimum high school diploma. Experience in a customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication skills in either Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing. Any other Nordic language is an asset Customer oriented mindset and the ability to work in a solution oriented manner. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
