In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and preparing IT equipment, supporting users on-site, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical tasks and direct interaction with people, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment Set up and configure devices (e.g. laptops, dental scanners, etc.) for use Package, relocate, and transport IT equipment (requires some physical work) Provide on-site IT support to internal users Occasional travel to Germany for IT support across locations. At times the travel can be up to 1 or 2 weeks, not always.
