Position Summary The holder of the position (m/f) will be part of the dynamic tenders department for Werfen in Iberia. Responsible for price applications (telf/fax/mail/ platforms), management, receptions and replies contact internal and external costumers. In addition maintenance of price updates, and price discrepancies. Management offers related tasks and orders of services products. Key Accountabilities: • Price applications (telf/fax/mail/ platforms)… • Management, receptions and replies contact internal and external costumers. • Price updates, and price discrepancies. • Prices and orders of services products. • Management of all offers and prices and related tasks. Budget managed No Internal Networking/Key relationships With other internal departments such as Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, etc. Skills & Capabilities: • Client focused (internal & external) • High communication level • Flexibility and adaptability • Ability to work under stress • Competent and able to pay attention to detail • Fast worker • Ability to work as part of a team • Good self organization skills Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position: • Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in a customer service department or division within the Healthcare sector is a plus • High school degree • User level computer skills (Office, SAP) • Quality system • Knowledge of basic administration • Experience in customer service and/or as sales assistant • Language fluency: spanish, English
