Spa Manager, Pre-Opening - The Lake Como EDITION

Job Summary For our 5L Spa in Como, opening in April 2025, we are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to manage the following activities: Operational supervision of therapists, sharing daily objectives, and CRM activities Client management: from welcoming to post-treatment feedback and follow-up Customer retention, monitoring expiring programs, and identifying new sales opportunities to discuss maintenance plans with therapists Reporting on finances, monitoring marketing activities, and preparing monthly/quarterly budgets. Direct sales of programs/products through tailored consultations Requirements 5 years minimum experience as a Spa Manager/Director in structured and high-level environments Strong organizational and multitasking skills Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends Ability to manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and optimize operations Attention to detail and a focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
