FACILITY MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager for a client company to oversee facility operations, optimize efficiency, and lead new projects. Responsibilities Facility Management & Operations: Manage contracts, orders, and supplier relationships. Design and adapt equipment based on production needs. Develop basic designs for facility modifications to support production requirements. Propose solutions to enhance efficiency and energy savings. Oversee facility layout, including machinery relocations and installations. Define design criteria for facilities and machinery. Utilize engineering management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Perform basic design and sizing for systems and services (e.g., sprinkler systems, piping). Project Management & Implementation: Develop technical specifications for new projects. Ensure compliance with project objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Identify optimal technical solutions to reduce maintenance needs and costs. Create and manage detailed work plans, assign tasks and deadlines. Plan and monitor project-related budgets. Coordinate external contractors during installation and start-up phases. Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks with strategic response plans. Optimize inventory stock management. Provide training for maintenance operators. Requirements Proven experience in facility management and project implementation. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
