Regional Business Controller

Our Client, a prestigious Italian luxury cosmetics company, is currently looking for a: Regional Business Controller Working within the Global Finance Team and reporting to the Head of Controlling, he/she will work with Regions and HQ functions and will focus on business controlling activities such as budget/forecast by region, channel and axis, product profitability, actuals and reporting, and business analysis. The resource will guarantee all required activities to achieve the objectives of the strategic plan or budget, through the governance of all levers (pricing, commercial conditions, channels mix, axis mix, markets mix, cost controlling). Areas of responsibility: Manage and lead process for budget, forecast, monthly review and mid-terms plan, building details and reports Support to regional top management with presentations and dashboards on all relevant projects Governance in marginality and profitability analysis by region, by line, by channel, by axis ROI calculation by initiative through economic and financial models Carry out regular business performance analysis and variance analysis Monthly results and monthly closure reporting, quarterly and yearly financial package in collaboration with regions and global finance team Requirements: Master’s Degree in Engineering or Finance 5 years of professional experience in a similar role. Experience in a Consultancy/Fashion/Luxury/Pharma/Food company will be considered a plus Solid background on Business Analyst, Budget/Forecast, Product Profitability, Pricing, Actual and Reporting Excellent knowledge of the Office package and BI tool, ideally PBI and Anaplan Good knowledge of SAP Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented Positive and proactive attitude Fluent in English Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Accounting/Auditing Industries Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry and Fashion Accessories Manufacturing J-18808-Ljbffr
