Together, we can make an impact Job Scope Ensure adequate technical and application support by intervening with Customers promptly and professionally. Starting from the pre-installation phase, retrieve the necessary information in order to manage, follow and develop the activities related to the installation and the entire post-sales cycle of Field. Comply with company procedures in order to contribute to the optimization of resources and in compliance with the work of other company entities. Key Duties and Responsibilities Performs repairs, preventive maintenance, electrical checks and HW/SW updates of the instruments in the times and ways defined by the Area Service Managers in harmony with the Customer's needs; Installs and tests the instruments at the Customers' premises. Uninstalls and/or moves after decontamination according to company procedures in the times and ways defined by the Area Service Managers; Performs Start-up of the entire system and training after installation, in accordance with DSI-SOP-000381, for complete routine start-up; Installation of methods, including for new kits, on the instruments at the Customers' premises and correlation activities of results in installations with technological changes or takeover by competitors in support of Marketing and Sales; Overall analyses the progress of the Customer's determinations, of the correct laboratory procedures (calibrations, QC, maintenance) and highlights risks for the business linked to actions of the competition, liaising with the Area Service Managers; Manages the integration and optimization of systems from an IT perspective (host / middleware connections, Beyond Trust, basic configurations, reference / normal values and workflows); Develops demos in cooperation with Marketing and Sales; Installation of ELISA protocols and document management in accordance with Corp-GOP-000076 and Corp-GOP 000078; Guarantees the Availability service scheduled by the Area Service Managers and tracks any telephone or on-site support outside of hours to the Customer on SALESFORCE in accordance with Corp-GOP-000121; Keeps up to date on the instrumentation, technical solutions adopted, TN and TB, Apparound management; Performs Corporate Assessments on the product lines on which he is trained; Reports his activity using the SALESFORCE software in accordance with Corp-GOP-000121 and Corp-GOP- 005046; Manages its spare parts warehouse, keeping correct accounts, forwards unused or faulty spare parts to be returned to the reconditioning center within the timeframes established by GOP; Keeps the assigned measuring instruments updated and in perfect working order, including the return within consistent times of those to be calibrated; When requested, supports the CSC in answering the phone to the Customer on site or remotely; Collaborates with Admin & Dispatch in planning emergency calls, informing the Customer of their arrival time; Performs troubleshooting on products, ensuring compliance with the IFU and reports any complaints to the CC body, following the entire process until closure, in accordance with Corp-GOP-000229 and DSI-SOP-000330; The SyS Field in carrying out the activity will comply with the general safety instructions contained in DSI-ATTACH-005276; Ensures follow-up to the Customer for technical/application issues and provides constant feedback on pending situations in accordance with DSI-SOP-000330. Education, Experience, and Qualifications Technical Background High school diploma or degree (Engineer or Biological Science) Experience: Experience in the after-sales field (technical/Application). Laboratory field is a preferred option. Alternatively, other after-sales experiences in the medical sector are acceptable. Usage of tools to carry out technical assistance and specialist support activities Basic knowledge of IT tools (Mail, Office, application SW, etc ). Basic Knowledge of connectivity and cybersecurity aspects Positive attitude in managing customer relations Problem solving approach Spirit of initiative Sense of Responsibility for achieving the objectives Language: English is a requirement in order to follow Corporate Training and understand technical documentation.
