About the Role: We’re seeking a driven Marketing Account Manager to join our Hertfordshire-based team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone looking to expand their skills in account management, project management, and various marketing disciplines. You'll have the opportunity to bring your creative ideas to life and be a key part of a proactive team in an agency that values innovation, results, and collaboration. This role best suits someone with experience in Account/Project Management, either within another agency environment or in-house within a business in the sectors we serve: construction, property, finance, or shopping centres. This role allows a driven individual to take ownership of marketing strategies and build strong relationships with existing and new clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms. Execute social media marketing strategies across platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads. Create and monitor email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and ROI. Lead SEO projects, from keyword research to on-page optimisation and performance analysis. Generating creative ideas for new and existing clients. Understanding the importance of compliance and data privacy. Helping raise the profile of Why Media through various marketing opportunities. Manage brand positioning and identity for clients, ensuring consistency and growth. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to produce engaging content for multiple platforms. Track campaign performance, preparing data-driven reports to demonstrate results and refine strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Understanding and identifying industry trends that could impact and benefit both Why Media and clients. Organise and host a series of consumer-focused events throughout the year for our Shopping Centre clients. Attend regular client meetings and uphold excellent communication.
