What you’ll do: Join the team of Marketing for Sisal and in particular the Marketing Strategy team reporting directly to the Marketing Strategy Associate Manager. Be involved in the marketing strategy definition for Sisal and its sub-brands, ensuring consistent brand positioning, key messages, and visuals. Extract, analyze and present marketing and business data and KPIs on a regular basis. Conduct in-depth, data-driven analyses to monitor brand performance, assess market trends and consumer insights, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decision-making. Support marketing plan management, cross-channel calendars, and execution of the main campaigns. Help maintain a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice. Benchmark the market and competitors. What you’ll bring: A degree in Economics, Marketing or a similar discipline. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. A willingness to be part of a team and to constantly learn new concepts, approaches, and methods. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs and extract actionable insights. A proactive, self-starter mentality, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness in problem-solving. Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
