Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in lucerne trading or a related field. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local lucerne market, including market trends, prices, and competitor activity. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and customers. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage trading risks and make informed decisions. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with additional languages an advantage.
