SAP Master Data Governance

Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our global Market-to-Cash (MtC) operations team within the ABS CO organization. This role is responsible for delivering expert-level structural solutions in areas such as customer master data , quote creation , sales order management , and invoicing . The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of global E2E processes and tools, coupled with the ability to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance across systems and geographies. Key Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for structural solutions in customer master data , quote management , sales orders , and invoicing . Execute processes effectively and efficiently in line with global End-to-End (E2E) standards and tooling. Ensure operational performance and KPI achievement within the MtC framework. Gather and provide input on local requirements to improve the global MtC process. Enforce compliance with ASML policies , local regulations , and global frameworks . Maintain alignment with internal and external customer expectations while enhancing domain knowledge. Contribute to or lead global continuous improvement and standardization initiatives. Support automation and simplification across MtC processes using modern IT tools. Plan, prioritize, and align operational tasks with business timelines, particularly during seasonal peaks. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Business Economics , or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Global Enabling Services and/or the Market-to-Cash domain . Functional & Technical: Strong experience with SAP ECC , especially in Master Data Governance (MDG) . Deep understanding of applicable laws, regulations , and internal control frameworks . Familiarity with new IT developments such as SAP S/4HANA , RPA , continuous monitoring , and self-service portals . Knowledge of change management practices, planning, and execution strategies.
