Dan zoeken wij jou Als allround supportmedewerker ben jij de spil tussen administratie, logistiek en commercie. Je ondersteunt bij de financiële administratie, volgt offertes op, verwerkt bestellingen en springt bij wanneer er hulp nodig is in het magazijn of bij evenementen. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt mee en krijgt de ruimte om bij te dragen aan de verdere groei van ESSX Europe. Wat ga je doen? Opvolgen en verwerken van offertes en bestellingen Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en partners Ondersteunen van administratieve processen (boekhouding) Meedenken over efficiënte logistieke oplossingen Incidenteel helpen bij inpakken en verzenden van bestellingen Ondersteunen bij (inter)nationale sportevenementen Wie ben jij? Je volgt een HBO-opleiding International Business (of vergelijkbaar), of hebt deze net afgerond Je bent zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en denkt in oplossingen – een ondernemer in wording Je beschikt over kennis en vaardigheden om te opereren in diverse culturen en markten Je hebt affiniteit met sport en voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving Je schrikt niet terug voor een wisselend en breed takenpakket Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed – Duits is een pré Je bent gemiddeld 16 uur per week beschikbaar (flexibel in te delen) Wat bieden wij? Then we’re looking for you As our allround support assistant, you’ll be the link between admin, logistics, and customer service. You’ll help manage the financial administration, follow up on quotes, process orders, and occasionally lend a hand in the warehouse or during events. You’ll work independently, contribute your ideas, and have the opportunity to grow with ESSX Europe. What will you do? Follow up and process quotes and orders Communicate with customers, suppliers, and partners Support administrative tasks (including bookkeeping) Help optimize logistics and order processes Occasionally assist with packing and shipping orders Support during (inter)national sports events Who are you? You’re studying (or have completed) a university of applied sciences program in International Business or a related field You’re independent, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver – a future entrepreneur You’re equipped to work across cultures and international markets You love sports and thrive in a dynamic environment You’re not afraid of varied responsibilities You speak and write Dutch and English fluently – German is a plus You’re available approximately 16 hours per week (flexible schedule) What do we offer?
