Job Description
Global Service Level Manager – Contract Opportunity (€130/hr | Hybrid, Amsterdam) We're partnering with a global leader in the Customer Service and Partner Services space to find an experienced Global Service Level Manager for an exciting 6-month contract based in Amsterdam (hybrid working available). This role is crucial to bridging the gap between Customer Service and Business Units, ensuring exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement across global teams. The Role You’ll be the key point of contact for service performance across one or two new products, acting as a strategic partner to business units and internal stakeholders. You'll lead monthly service reviews, define service expectations, and drive continuous improvement in Customer Service operations. Key Responsibilities Own and manage service level performance for assigned product portfolios Act as the primary liaison between Customer Service and the business Lead monthly service review meetings and performance reporting Define service expectations and drive improvement initiatives Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across departments Set up and manage a virtual service assurance team to deliver results Support integration of new product features into customer service frameworks You Bring Solid project management experience Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Deep understanding of Customer Service operations (WFM, omnichannel support, process design) Strong communication and influencing skills at senior levels Proven ability to manage virtual teams across global functions Experience in service design and operational support models Location : Amsterdam (Hybrid Working) Contract Length : 6 months Rate : €130 per hour
