Position Summary As a Solutions Specialist , you will play a key role in designing tailored warehouse and logistics solutions for new clients in collaboration with our sales team. From the early stages of opportunity development to implementation support, you’ll be responsible for planning proposals that address customer needs and helping bring those solutions to life. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to design customized warehouse solutions for potential clients Analyze customer requirements and operational data to create compelling solution proposals Develop layout designs, process flows, and implementation plans for pipeline deals Support the execution and launch of solutions, ensuring alignment with agreed scope and timelines Coordinate across internal departments to ensure solution feasibility and resource alignment Continuously improve solution design strategies based on feedback, performance metrics, and market trends Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Experience in logistics solution design, warehouse planning, or sales support is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, or simulation software is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical and business perspectives Ability to work in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment Join JD Logistics and help us shape the future of intelligent logistics.
