Our client We’re building a platform that empowers the F&B market—unlocking new revenue, reducing operational friction, and thriving in the digital age. From e-commerce to delivery and marketing automation, we are becoming the operating system for F&B online commerce. We’ve already hit significant milestones in gross merchandise volume, raised capital from experienced investors, and built a passionate early customer base. We’re now entering our next growth phase: SaaS-first , product-led, and ready to scale with the right technical co-founder. The Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on CTO ( & potential co-founder) to join our founding team and lead the next chapter. This isn’t a CTO-in-title role. We want a builder. An owner, A partner. Someone ready to take the lead on product, engineering, and technology — while helping scale a vertical SaaS platform with global ambition. ️ What You’ll Do (to start) ‍ Hands-On Development (40%) Build and ship using Django REST Framework and React TypeScript Develop APIs and features across core product flows: Users, Orders, Shipping, Inventory, Portal Integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., e-commerce, logistics tools) Scale our serverless infrastructure for performance and reliability Technical Leadership (60%) Architect a multi-tenant SaaS platform from the ground up Lead strategic tech decisions, data models, and scalability infrastructure Build and grow the engineering team Define and uphold code quality, CI/CD, and testing best practices Collaborate with product & design to execute an ambitious roadmap Your Profile ✅ Essentials 8 years experience as a full-stack engineer (Python React ideally) Built & scaled SaaS platforms, marketplaces or tools with technical complexity Strong understanding of REST APIs, system architecture, and performance Proven leadership experience (senior, lead dev or early team) AI-first mindset : understanding of product-level data design, modelling, and automation High agency: You take ownership, move fast, and think like a founder
