Head of FP&A

My client an established and recognised brand in its sector are seeking a Head of FP&A to provide informed financial decisions through insightful data. My client is a is a well-known retailer that operates both physical stores and through an online platform with headquarters in Warwickshire. As Head of FP&A working closely with Divisional Finance Directors as well as exposure to the Executive Team you will lead: Both yearly and 3-year strategic planning Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting across the Group Identification and implementation of efficiencies in finance processes Managing capex planning and reporting Trusted advisor status with the CFO, providing consolidated insights along with strategic guidance Develop and make fit for purpose the OneStream FP&A system Building relationships across the business particularly with Finance Business Partners and P&L owners The most desirable applicant for Head of FP&A will have: Demonstrable experience of leading organisations through financial planning and reporting cycles Understanding of the retail sector Experience within a multisite business of creating and delivering financial planning cycles Private equity exposure Board and/or Investor Relations reporting £120,000 -£140,000 Base Salary Car Allowance Significant Bonus EA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency for this permanent vacancy.
