Job Title: Chief Steward Contract Type: Seasonal (May - October) ARM are recruiting for a Chief Steward to join our Paddle Steamer client for a seasonal contract As Chief Steward, you will be responsible for: The management of all catering requirements onboard. Ensuring compliance of all Food Hygiene and Safety Legislation. Ordering and control of catering stores. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Carrying out emergency duties associated with the operation. For this role you must have: Residence in the UK. Full right-to-work in the UK. Merchant Shipping STCW certificates - PST, FPFF, EFA, SA, PSSR. ENG1. Level 3 certificate in Food Hygiene. The ideal candidate will have: Experience as a Chief Steward. Experience onboard passenger vessels. Availability from May until October.
