Level 3 Mechanic Annual Salary: £40,000 Location: Newtownabbey Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, no weekends) We are seeking a skilled Level 3 Mechanic to join our team. This role involves diagnosing vehicle faults, performing repairs, and maintaining service records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills. Day-to-day of the role: Diagnosing vehicle faults manually or with the aid of software and digital tools. Preparing cost and time estimates for work done. Repairing and replacing faulty vehicle parts. Performing test drives to check repairs. Carrying out scheduled servicing and maintenance. Updating vehicle service records. Installing and fitting new vehicle accessories. Maintaining a database of spare parts in the repair garage. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in using, repairing, and maintaining machines and tools. Attention to detail and thoroughness in all work. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work well with hands. Good customer service skills. Ability to work effectively within a team. Knowledge of engineering science and technology.
