Description Overseeing daily accounting operations. Coordinating the preparation of budget reports. Developing strategies to improve financial performance. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Managing financial risk. Providing financial forecasts to assist with business planning. Supervising, mentoring, and supporting the finance team. Engaging with stakeholders to communicate financial strategy and performance. Profile A successful Financial Controller should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
