Part Time Customer Service Advisor - Evening Shift - 25 or 30 Hours Per Week

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the world of financial services and be part of a business that genuinely care about, progress and value their staff. 30 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 5pm - 01.30 am on a rota basis (12 shifts over 3 weeks) 25 Hours per week - Shifts: 5x 5 hour Shifts: Starting at 5pm / 6pm or 7pm on a rota basis Hybrid working after 2 weeks of office based training Salary £26,500 benefits (pro rata) Duties will include: Be the first point of contact for customers regarding banking or payment queries by phone, email, chat and social media. Take ownership and support customers in the speedy resolution of any issues escalating where necessary Collaborate with your team mates to ensure customer calls are answered at super speed and no one is left hanging on a call Show empathy for customers that need more time, more help and more consideration Get you detective hat on and be on the look out for any fraudulent transactions or activity Essential skills and experience: A positive attitude and common sense are key for this role as well as experience in retail, hospitality or corporate customer service. You must be committed to delivering the highest level of service and have experience of going beyond for customers Be adaptable, a quick leaner and keen to succeed in a fast-paced business. Whilst there is frequent opportunity to work from home, applicants must live within a commutable distance to the office and be able to complete 2 weeks of office based training.
