Steel Operative

A Steel Operative / Packer is required for a large steel processing company based in Rowley Regis. It is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, multi-national steel processing company during a period of growth. This Steel Operative / Packer position is working on a direct permanent basis - with a permanent contract from day one and no agency period. Duties include: Manual handling of steel Working on the back end of a machine line Shrink-wrapping processed steel profiles Packing, stacking and palletising stock Assisting with loading / unloading vehicles This position is working days to begin with but you MUST have flexibility to work mornings / afternoons rotating; Days - 7:00am - 3:00pm / 1:00pm finish on Fridays Moving onto mornings afternoons rotating The rate of pay is £12.21 to begin with whilst on days If you think this Steel Operative / Packer role is right for you, APPLY NOW ASC Connections Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
