Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – Part Time – Predominantly Remote – Up to £65 per hour (Umbrella) Venn Group’s specialist legal team is assisting a Local Authority in their search for an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join their legal department. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Advising on property transactions , including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development agreements Supporting Regeneration projects , including negotiating key agreements Drafting and negotiating property and commercial contracts , including overage agreements, option agreements, and grant funding Providing legal advice on land and property law , including landlord and tenant matters Working closely with Council departments, developers, and external stakeholders to progress key projects Role Details: Duration: Initial 3-6-month contract, with a likelihood of extension thereafter Working Arrangements : Part Time (2 days), Hybrid working available Rate: Up to £65 per hour (via umbrella) For further information or to apply, please contact Felicity Woodbridge on or via email at Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency.
