To be considered, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar conveyancing support role. You will be confident handling matters from file opening through to post-completion, including: Sales and purchases Conducting searches Preparing and issuing contracts Managing enquiries and incoming funds Liaising with clients and third parties Drafting completion statements and raising bills Preparing documents for Land Registry and SDLT submissions Experience with new build transactions would be an advantage but is not essential. You will be joining a collaborative team consisting of Conveyancers, Assistants, and Administrators , working on a range of residential property transactions. The role is suited to someone capable of working independently on key tasks while contributing to the wider team.
