Job Description Job Description General Production | $18HR | 1st Shift Job Description We are seeking General Production workers for the 1st shift Machine Operator position. The work hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, or 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM if overtime is required. Some Saturdays may be required. You will be trained to operate a variety of machines and perform tasks related to quality control, troubleshooting, and machine setup. Responsibilities Operate and manage a variety of machines. Inspect small parts such as screws and bolts for quality defects. Run two machines simultaneously based on workload. Troubleshoot machines and assist with setups. Work with epoxy as needed. Use hand tools to loosen parts. Change pumps and perform setups on machines. Load and unload parts into machines. Apply sealant to fasteners. Hand feed machines and package parts. Lift up to 40 lbs. Sort and package parts. Cross-train in other departments. Stand in one spot for extended periods. Utilize micrometers. Essential Skills At least 1 year of machine operator experience. Ability to lift 40 lbs. Experience using hand tools for machine setup and changeovers. Willingness to work some Saturdays from 6 AM to 12 PM. Open to starting shifts at 5 AM if required. Experience in industrial manufacturing environments with loud machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience performing machine changeovers preferred. Experience working in fast-paced environments with high production volumes preferred. Must have steel toe boots. Why Work Here? We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
