Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the adolescent psychiatric nursing team. Collaborate with medical providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, high-quality care. Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor and manage staff schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Registered Nurse (RN) license in State of practice. Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral health. Basic Cardiac Life Support required. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required. Expertise in adolescent mental health and behavioral health care. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
